This office keeps charging me for a co-pay that I already paid. I keep trying to rectify the situation and NOBODY ever picks up the phone. I keep getting a fax sound or a busy sound. This stupid $20 that I do NOT owe is about to go to collections due to their incompetence!!!! I am so over it. I went there twice to see Dr. Ortiz and never went again. 😤😤😤
I do not recommend this place have a lawyer ready when coming here at all nurses act like they are doctors when they are not Today is may 21st and I am now getting a phone call about a miss appointment from may 13th that I never was told was scheduled mind you now I have been calling since my may 4th appointment and never got Thur nor did I even get a call back after leaving 20 voice mails!
