I walked in and sat in a chair and waited for 30 minutes with no water soaking my feet or anything. I understand they were busy which was understandable but the service even when I was getting my pedicure was awful. She was so rude and started digging into the sides of my big toe. The best leg massage I've had at a nail spa of this type. Polite employees, super clean area, and relaxing. It's been a while since I've had a pedicure and facial wax, so this was a real treat to myself.
