Lana has been our "gal" we go to every time we have home financing needs. She's been there for us for over 20 years. We wouldn't use anyone else. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the ins and outs of mortgage financing and is always there to answer questions and offer advice based her numerous years of experience. To top it all off, she is one of finest human beings on the planet and truly wants to see her customer's dreams come true. There isn't anyone better!
Prime Lending (especially Lana) was great to work with during the purchase of our first home. Lana worked with us closely every step of the way, and was always available for a call. As a first time buyer it is a very overwhelming experience, but Lana was patient and went above and beyond to help us understand and stay up to date with all the requirements. I've used PrimeLending three or four times now for purchases and refinancings. Just completed a refi and can't recommend these guys enough! Lana, you were fantastic and not only were you super responsive and communicative but you stayed ahead of the process so that nothing was last minute.
