A++++Quality & Service
Rent a home from them, multiple problems consistently. Toilet has never worked properly, when we first moved in we had to wait over a month for it to even halfway work. The roof in 3 rooms leak. The workers they send only ever half fix things. Once when we complained that nothing had been fixed he told us "you should be happy you have a place to leave"
Preston is a great person if you work for him he will pay you I know Preston for a very long time he rent homes an sell homes his rent home are mistreated by people an he pay lots of money to fixs them back up I know from experience me an my wife had to clean up a lot of his rentals after people move out of them an it was a nasty job so if you going to down the man it's not his fault about how you want to live it's phone call way an tell the man about your problem an he will get it fixed for you
Great customer service. He walks you through every step while your home is being built .
