I always use this service. The technician came and accessed my problem, bigger than just tune-up and new rollers. He gave me the quote in minutes and returned the next day to replace my garage door. He did not try to oversell any products which I like. No one had to sit at home, I left the utility door open, the technician came replaced the door very fast. No one had to miss work. Keep up the good work.

When you have a problem with your garage door and you don't know how to fix it, I made a "blind" call to this service. I spoke to their Rep who asked me what my problem was. Instead of just coming out to visit me he sent me a you tube video tape which showed me how to resolve my problem before they had to come out and charge you for a visit? I know that this may have cost them a visit, however, I am on here vouching for them and their honesty. I spoke to a nice young lady on the phone yesterday and she said someone would be at my house between 2-4 pm the next day service provider called right before 2pm and I showed him where I saw the main spring was broken and he agreed. He told me he would have it fixed in 30 minutes but he finished in 22 minutes. I tested it and he fixed it that quick. I definitely recommend this company. Thanks for your help.

The service provider returned my call within a minute of my message and said he could be at the house in an hour and a half. This, after 4 other garage door company either didn't answer their phones or were scheduling appointments 2 -3 days out. He got to the house on time and had the door repaired and new parts installed in less than 30 minutes. Fast, fast, fast and very reasonable rates.

My garage door stopped working properly and after reading all the superb reviews, I decided to give them a call. The service provider came the next day, working around my busy schedule, and fixed the door in 2 minutes. I felt pretty dumb, but he didn't make me feel dumb at all (mostly felt dumb for not finding the problem myself first!).
