Service for my Daughter – I took my daughter to Dr. Bouttee twice about 2 years ago. I have to admit that the first experience was not to my liking. I expected my daughter to see the doctor, but she saw the practitioner instead. The practitioner stood in the doorway for most of the visit and occasionally peeked over to look at my daughter's skin. Do not go here....EVER!!! – I have a pet peeve. If its requested that I arrive on time for my appointment, I do expect to be seen promptly. I do not plan on waiting 30 minutes before I was even called back by nurse. I am not a new patient so I didn't have to fill out paperwork. There was only one other person in the waiting room so it was not busy. The care received does not exceed what I receive elsewhere so this will be my last visit. Who has 1.5 hours to spend time at the Dermatologist?
Bad Business – Bad place!
Such Unprofessional Behavior- the Doctor & her HUSBAND! – Help me to comprehend why there was a man shouting & making terroristic threats to a member of your staff and more signifantly, it was established later that he was your husband. Terrible Satff ..No Customer Srvice – I have to say this is the most unfriendly, cold environment I have ever entered,.The girl at the front desk is rude, direspectful and does not care one bit about this practice. Plan to wait even with an appointment – I have been going to Dr. Boutte for several years and regardless of the day or time of my appointment, I always have to wait at least 1 hour before I am seen by anyone. And often times when I am seen after waiting for an hour the practioner spends 15 minutes with me and doesn't even touch my face. Do Not Visit This Dermatologist – I have visited Dr. Boutte's dermatology office numerous times, and I wonder why I go back. Being new to Atlanta, numerous people recommended Dr. Boutte and her dermatology practice. My experience has been horrible.
