Straight up wack. Don't use these weirdos, how ever thanks to them I was able to find monroys auto glass who came out right away and had better prices.

Bent plastic between windshield and hoot also before came they promised they will replace windshield wiper but they did NOT change also after work is done they run a way before inspection not respecting customers worse job I ever seen
Super nice, very professional and if you treat them right, they'll repay it in excess. They communicated with me every step of the way, and the glass was OEM quality. They gave me clear expectations and instructions on how to ensure the windshield sets properly. Even gave me a 1 year warranty against chips. Great experience all around.
Cancelled on me last minute before I had to go on an 1800 mile drive. They cancelled due to rain. Seriously? Rain was gone before my repair window which was 8-10am. They knew I was only here for a few days and still decided to cancel. Pure laziness and the customer is not important to them. Immediately called Safelite and thankfully they squeezed me in a few hours later.
