Paid cash for a van. Was told sales person that they would fix 2 issues and got it in writing. Because she didnt use the right part name for both issues, they wouldn't fix it. They offfered to" give me a break" and charge $1200 for one repair....lol I reached out to the owner.He said the salesperson no longer works there and he couldn't do anything. $19,000 cash, paid in full and i still had to pay someone else $6000
