I’m sure their work is great, so long as they think you’re worth their time. I initially contacted this company over 11 weeks ago for some vinyl decals and lettering at my new shop. They responded to my inquiry the same day but never followed up with me. I reminded them of my inquiry several weeks later and was told to send them an email.
