Lovely group of people, very caring and professional.
Not a good experience! Rude receptionists, the after hours phone line was not available when I needed it for an emergency. Looking back on my pregnancy I realize how ignorant I was to not realize I wasn’t getting the quality of care I should have been.
This is the place to go if you are looking for women’s health care in the area. Gabby, the midwife is fantastic- accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. All of the nurses were kind too. The receptionists were friendly and actually knew how to deal with unique types of insurance and Healthshares. (That sounds like it would be expected but it was not the case at my previous practice!)
