Terrible experience! My experience was so bad it's taken me weeks to write this review. The front desk seemed inexperienced/disorganized (even making incorrect notes for my Dr/nurse that were very inaccurate causing confusion). Several calls to this office & always had some complications for simple requests. I got to my appointment early & let the front desk know I needed to use the restroom. In March, I had an appointment and procedure with Dr McKay. I really liked him and thought he was a wonderful doctor. I was a little disappointed in the office staff at my initial visit, but thought everyone occasionally has a bad day and let it go. At the time of scheduling my procedure, I received a phone call letting me know that my percentage due was “only $60.” I questioned it and asked “six zero…sixty?” And was assured that was correct.
