In March, I had an appointment and procedure with Dr McKay. I really liked him and thought he was a wonderful doctor. I was a little disappointed in the office staff at my initial visit, but thought everyone occasionally has a bad day and let it go. At the time of scheduling my procedure, I received a phone call letting me know that my percentage due was “only $60.” I questioned it and asked “six zero…sixty?” And was assured that was correct. Great NP’s! Only problem is that it is very complicated to get in contact with the nurses who puts in for refill prescriptions. I pretty much have to spend extra money and make a whole appointment just to try to get a refill. Even with leaving voicemails, I don’t receive a call back and it’s very frustrating if you can’t make an emergency appointment or get a refill because a nurse is never available to answer or return your call. You would assume since they have a bigger office and more staff, someone would be available now... read more
I've been very pleased with the service and care I have received. Everyone has been very understanding, caring and accommodating and the treatment I received was very effective. I highly recommend Premier Women's Health! Update: I moved to the area one yr ago and finding doctor's in a new area is difficult. I'm very glad I found Dr. McKay.
