Was thinking about switching from Sprint one day until I came in this store. My kids mother had just left me for the milk man and I was feeling down and out. Went into this store years ago, and saw a brother that favored something like a black, rasta, version of Jesus. The guy insured me that Sprint was the way and introduced me to an Awesome unlimited plan that allowed me to connect with ALL my honeys from state to state. I've been with sprint for a very long time been to many stores and had very unhappy experience but since a friend suggested I go to see Arron at your location it's been nothing but a wonderful experience. When I have a problem or an issue I drive from humble to the store because I know i will be taken care of and not be given the run around.
I went in, in dyer need of a new phone Aaron and his team took care of me in a matter of mins. The customer service was excellent and they also took time out to help me setup my apps.
Premier is the only sprint store I go to and I refer everyone I know there. Aaron is so great with the customers I tell everyone I send there to see him. And they are always happy with the service.
Braylon has awesome customer service .. Very respectable, and well mannered! I enjoyed his energy and patience he showed us. Best experience I had yet at a sprint store.
