Cesar was very friendly, honest & went above and beyond to give satisfactory service. They don't repair headsets but he took a look at mine and was able to pull out the wire as a courtesy. Great staff, great price. Highly recommend.

Worst service ever , phone came back worse than what I left it. The warranty isn’t really warranty. There excuse is “ that employee is new” when they should properly train employees! Didn’t even get my full refund back but they were sure quick to put my old screen back on. Better off taking it to Apple!
I have had 1 out of 3 successful screen repairs that were actually completed. just this week left a working iPad mini with a cracked screen and now screen is still broken and touch screen does.not work. Just unacceptable and a care given to do a thing. This is your main business and 3 attempts and you still can not get your stuff together. Terrible service. Held phone for two hours in which no repairs were complete. Phone promised to be ready in 1.5 hrs. NOT RECOMMENDED!
I’ve taken two phones there . Both times i was charged and phones were not fixed . 2nd phone came back in worse condition than when i tried to get it fixed ... i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ..
They need to get rid of the girl at the counter. She has horrible customer service skills. I told her she rolled her eyes like a spoiled little brat. She they called me a bad person. I told her I was the worst person ever but I was not as bad as her customer service. She rolled her eyes again. Talking to her is liking talking to a slot machine, her eyes just keep rolling and rolling but you are never going to hit the jackpot with her.
