I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the two windows i purchased and had installed by Premier window systems. i was unaware premier sub contracts their window installations. Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. Used these guys for windows and a entrance door neither the windows are what they prommised nor the door is installed properly we’ve been going back and fourth for over two years still claiming the corona backup on parts. Called last few times and still waiting on a callback. I do NOT recommend this place to do business with
Outstanding place to do business with! Initial spokesperson, efficient. In home visit from BillH. Integrity! Danny came out to measure, perfect. Laura contact person, quality! Installer,Bill,Brandon,Jared, Dan, led byDanny, outstanding!! 9 windows, 6 hours work. Every little detail. Dab of caulk here, dad of nail hole coverd up. Totally cleanup of area.
