He was prompt, courteous, professional and loyal to his company. He explained how the job would be done and didn't try to over sell. I replaced four windows and absolutely love them. Amy called and canceled our appointment and was unable to accommodate our needs after promising us a weekend appointment and abruptly hung up the phone. They need some better & more organized staff.
