Frank does a lot more than just windows!! First he cleaned my gutters and power washed my house. Frank was honest and told me my gutters were clean. I was told by another contractor that they needed to be cleaned out!! He barely charged me at all and I was super impressed with his honesty. That's when I hired him again and he power washed the siding on my house and garage where it had mold. Frank was very thorough in cleaning our windows and even cleaned our garage window blinds which were not included in the estimate. Frank was prompt on his estimated time of arrival and worked a very long day to get everything done. I would strongly recommend Frank for any Window Cleaning and other odd jobs you need done.
My husband and I are Seniors, we did not want to clean windows on our two story house as we are not able to climb ladders. FRANK with PREMIER WINDOW CLEANING was paid $400.00 dollars to clean our windows and paid to replace 8 screens. Frank took our screens and promised to return them in ten days if not sooner. 9 days passed, I text and left a message to inquire, could not get a return call.
