Billing issues all the time make sure to pay before you leave the staff is friendly and great but it has been an issue always with the billing
I honestly don’t know where to begin. I've always been a strong advocate for supporting and promoting businesses within our community, but I now realize that should never come at the cost of one’s health. This place is genuinely so hard to get a hold of. I have called this place 5 times now and no matter what I can never be connected to anyone to talk to. They will have me wait on the phone for long periods of times and it will only say to leave a message none of which have ever been returned. Lacking communication severely and it is very frustrating to never be able to reach your doctor for an appointment or information.
While the staff are friendly, there are serious issues with this clinic. Here are the 2 that I've encountered. 1. Customer service wait times. I've called multiple occasions to try to schedule appointments and request medical history and information, and the wait times took over 30 minutes, sometimes an hour. After several attempts, I had to schedule everything in-person. It is extremely difficult to contact them by phone sometimes, but once connected, they are very polite and professional.
