Please know: this is the WORST clinic I ever been to where the person answering the phone does not have any medical experience expresses her personal feelings as been overwhelmed & should not be in the medical field. I blame Dr. Yasmin for allowing her to represent the clinic in an unprofessional manner w/no medical training & still there. Amazing attention to detail for my health and well being
Very disappointed with the way my mother’s referral was handled after her kidney transplant surgery. We called the office every day for about 10 days requesting an urgent urology referral for stent removal, and repeatedly explained that this was a serious and time-sensitive matter. Unfortunately, the referral was still not properly sent, and communication from the office was very poor.
