Did my first telehealth video conference yesterday to help a patient with some rib pain. We talked about exercises , stretching , self mobilization and kinesiotaping idea. Though it drove me crazy that I could touch her 🤣 I was able to help her through this pain and get her moving and breathing better. I did keep trying to touch her through the monitor ( haha. As a small business owner these uncertain times can be frightening.
