Worst experience the lady was rude and talked me she couldn’t do my wax even after I scheduled an appointment she said i was late but really only like 10 minutes since I was stuck at traffic in the same plaza where they are. Why when she called me and I asked me if i was coming so I talked her was there parking she did not mentioned to me she couldn’t do so when I entered even I explained to her I was stuck in traffic same location to get in and I was coming from far she decline to help me really bad of their part. I was a bit nervous coming in for my first wax, but the team at Premier Wax Center made me feel completely at ease. The facility is immaculate and the staff is incredibly professional. My esthetician was gentle, quick, and talked me through the whole process. I’m so happy with the results—definitely making this my regular spot!

Underarm wax with Yari was 10/10 she did an amazing job quick and little to no pain even took her time to tweeze any stubborn hairs . She has a light touch and definitely will recommend her to others .
