Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They missed the first appointment and never called to reschedule. They came to the second appointment at the wrong time and wouldn’t reschedule. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Premier Water installed a replacement water softener in my house recently to replace my malfunctioning Kenmore water softener installed in 2002. I couldn't be more happy with the result. Lars was very knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish, and the price was very reasonable. I would refer Premier Water to anyone, and in fact, just did for a commercial application in Chanhassen, MN.
New to both well water and water softeners, we had a million questions for Lars and he answered without hesitation (and in an easy-to-understand way!).
