I walked in to see a dr. I paid my copay. Waited 30 min even though I was the only person in the waiting room. The dr refused to see me. Sent a nurses assistant out to be the middle man in our conversation. The dr NEVER saw me. And the nurses assistant told me, when she didn’t know what to say to me, “see a therapist.” First of all I paid to see a dr, and to get their help. Fast and efficient. Friendly staff.
Dr was great, office staff was incompetent of billing my insurance correctly (Fed. Gov.) and refused to accept their own third-party medical billing companies advice; $125 possibly down the drain due to this incompetence.
I really like this place. Dr. Princeton is a awesome doctor. He listens to your needs and he's not one to try to rush you out. He's down to earth. The staff is very nice and understanding.
