At PREMIER VISION that I switched to this place because I’ve had terrible people experiences elsewhere. I’ve had a horrible experience. Today 05/11 at 3:30pm I’m asking them to refund everything & back to SVS I go. I’d rather have crappy customer service than no vision. This is so unoriginal. Why was this so difficult. Unfortunately my eye exam & fittings were way off. I will add that the office Manager Michelle and Wendy the receptionist were extremely helpful in the beginning, but being nice isn’t something that has to do... read more
