The customer service at this place is terrible. Purchased a Rayban frame. The case fell apart in no time. My mistake was not coming back in right away to exchange the case. When i did make time to go back to the store, I had to pay to get a new case, even though the lady there agreed that quality of the case is very poor and I am not the first to complain. We ended up having to pay the entire bill out of pocket due to a simple visit being coded as "medical" despite the same visit for a different family member (basic exam) being coded differently the prior year. And we have good insurance! Plenty of places to get glasses that would have been covered 100%, will not return here. Many phone calls and they were unwilling to address the issue.
