No elevator, buildings are not handicapped equip, appliance service is poor. Handicap parking is only for the office...
Worst run apartment complex in Delaware. Spend some money to make improvements. Service is bad as it gets in Delaware here.
The property manager is always leaving early which isn’t helpful especially when you need to pick up something or talk to her it says on the door open until 6 yet she leave at 12pm no sign nothing
