Waited in the. Lobby way passed my appointment time
Terrible
The office manager Laritza or better known as Lottie as the worst customer service. She is aggressive and will hang up the phone in your face on a recorded call. If this is who is running the office you can only imagine the doctor and staff. I do not recommend this facility.
Today was my second visit to Premier Vascular and Intervention. Again, entering a pleasant office, with a pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted by another member of the staff a lovely young woman who was the tech to do an ultra sound. Afterwards, I saw Dr Lopez to speak with him and hear my results. He greeted me in such a pleasant manner and proceeded to explain and answer whatever questions I had. He did not act he was like was in a hurry. He made me feel like my feeling were important.
