My experience with Dr. Cudnik and his team was amazing! Kathleen Sypert was his patient and I Connie Moorer am her caregiver. They were very helpful and very supportive and professional. Dr. Cudnik was very hands on with information concerning her health and what her next steps would be. I recommend this Dr and facility to anyone who is in need of vascular care.
On my recent follow-up appointment I had the pleasure of seeing Nurse Practitioner Sarah Applegarth. Sarah was very personable and very professional in her dealings with patients. From our conversation I could tell she works very closely with Dr. Chapman and she was very knowledgeable about my medical issue which was very reassuring to my husband and myself. I appreciated the excellent care I received! Thank you Sarah!
