The staff at Premier Urogynecology are very friendly and kind. The nurses were very patient and attentive to me when I needed help and had questions. Dr. Benjamin Smith is a calm, knowledgeable, and caring physician. He explained what he would have to do for my procedure and patiently answered my questions. He has been thorough with my post op exams. His partner, Dr Slocum, made himself available to help me while Dr Smith was on vacation. Very grateful for this team. Hope you will be also.
Extremely happy with results of surgery. Office is very efficient and on time. They listen and answer all my questions.
Staff do not answer the phone when you call this office. It is extremely annoying and frustrating when calling this doctor office. Once you call this doctor office you get a text message with a link to text them a message. This is annoying.
