Incredibly long Waite. Horrible customer service. My husband went here today for headache and the feeling that his pressure was incredibly high. He waited one hour to be taken back, recd vital signs and an EKG, he was told there was one person ahead of him and then would be next. He over heard the staff having lunch, waited one more hour in the room then heard the pt. finally being seen next door. Apparently this was the patient ahead of him. I have gone to this Urgent Care facility several times and have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. I have never had to wait long. There was a time when they were very busy on Christmas eve day; and they suggested I could go to their facility in Colorado Springs which I did. I liked their facility very much!
My daughter had a severe sore throat and we went to this urgent care. The front staff was very kind and even though it was a busy night we were seen quickly. The nurse was very efficient and even had my daughter laughing (she hadn't done that all day)! When we got to the exam room I expected a long wait but the doctor came in right away. He said it looked like strep throat, did a quick strep test (5 minutes) and it turns out he was correct. We were in and out of there in about 25 minutes, were even able to get the antibiotic... read more
This place rocks! Glad they decided to open up in Monument. Staff was very friendly, place was spotless and doctor was amazing. Went on a busy day and was in and out in about half an hour. Went there based on a recommendation of my neighbor and can't thank them enough for pointing me in the right direction. Would definitely go here again and will take my family members anytime. Now am recommending it to all my friends and coworkers.
This place is an utter joke! This office has an incredibly long wait (even if the waiting room is mostly empty), the physicians are incompetent and office staff unorganized and unprofessional. After two horrific experiences at this place, I am fully convinced it has done a number on others as well. After receiving a misdiagnosis, bad medical care, and a rude staff I will never go back! I have heard stories from others in Monument about misdiagnosing patients and problems billing insurance companies correctly as well. STAY AW... read more
