Great service. Fast and efficient. Had a Nox sensor replaced. Truck was in and out. Friendly staff. I always choose Premier Truck Group when I can.
Adriane who answers the phone has been super helpful and very detail oriented when helping me navigate the ups and downs of scheduling the service to my freightliner day cab. The part was late coming in., managing my own routes and schedule, or helping me process our options when determining how to schedule, when I would be able to pick it up, and super helpful when I was inquiring about dropping my trailer there while the service was done. Premier has treated me well since buying this 2021 Cascadia with the extended warranty. This was the 2nd DEF pump failure but zero cost to me. My only complaint is that the pump has failed twice now. That is not a Premier issue but a Freightliner issue. Hopefully this one holds up. **Update**. The 2nd DEF pump has held up well, no issues at all with this one.
