I had my truck repaired here and had a great overall experience. I want to especially recognize Gopy Tharmarajah for his outstanding service and for making sure the truck was properly fixed.& getting the warranties issue resolved..While the process did take some time as it had some complicated issues but once he (Gopy) took over the communication was clear and professional throughout, which I really appreciated. Although having truck issues is always stressful, Premier Group in Cambridge helps to alleviate the stress and get me back on the road. When you walk in, you are greeted by the service team who is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. As an owner/operator, I feel confident coming here as I look at the cost mile to fix my issue. Travis in Parts did a great job identifying the parts I required and we had them in a very reasonable time frame.
thank you sooo much for getting us in …at last minute ..and putting some jobs aside for us to fix our moose bumper…these guys actually fabricated the washers that we needed…200 OUT OF 10 …anyone need any truck work done …premier is the answer !!!!!!! Thanks guys
