I brought my truck in as I have an intermittent transmission problem. I told them I belive it is a can issue. They believed it was the eca and replaced it and the cross shaft. Long story short they load up the parts Canon and I got a bill over 4k and the problem is still there surprises, surprises.. I tired talk with them to get the problem solved, but there only suggestions is to throw more parts at it... if it was a private shop I would understand but not at a dealership. Very bad experience with the staaf they dont listen i was askimg questions and they said no bits this that i asked them polietly and they are very rude no one should visit this stoee the store in oshwa offer lower price and have nice staff veery bad experience they ruined my whole day never gonaa visit here again ever
