We were pleased with the level of service that John provided. Upon initial contact, John had knowledge of the area we were planning on visiting and was able to suggest thing to see and what to avoid. After the trip was planned John delivered our itineraries personally to our home. All the documents were laid out in chronological order in individual envelopes with the times and dates on front as well as a document explaining the hotels, trains, air travel, stations and sights. We would use John again for another trip.
Wow! Where do I start? The first thought that comes to my mind is Magnificent. John created a stress-free, flawless, meticulously orchestrated (based on our desires) 2-week Italian excursion that could NOT have been better. On a 5 star scale, I must give John and Premier Travel Service a 6 star rating. He went so far above the call of duty, that it would be too lengthy to describe here. Having himself traveled to over 90 countries, he was able to tell me things and answer questions that I would have never expected my travel agent to be equipped to answer. Premier Travel Service was the most friendly and helpful travel agency we contacted in the Maple Grove, MN area. We had looked for an agency to book our honeymoon by searching over the internet.
