I was recently in the Fort Worth area for a business convention. My airport transportation with Premier was flawless. Drivers were very professional and vehicles were clean. Premier is TOP NOTCH.
Top of the line transportation company
I was shuttled to the airport to find out my flight was canceled your wonderful employee Chanelle was my HERO. I was freaking out how to get back to the Gaylord to meet up with my corporate partners to get a room and when I asked her if I could catch a ride back she stated that was her last run and she wasn't returning, when I asked if any of them were and explained my situation she kindly smiled and said you don't worry I'll get you there. For my rehearsal dinner I got the 31 passenger bus and it was spotless and so nice. The driver arrived at our hotel 45 minutes before departure time and didn’t rush us and was so professional. He picked us up from the Hyatt Regency and took us to Lake Ray Hubbard and took us down side streets to let us enjoy the ride for as long as possible before we needed to get to Lake Ray Hubbard. Premier Transportation was awesome! We booked them to transport our wedding party and I would highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process, they were very professional and responsive. On the day of, our driver was early and super communicative. I really appreciate the messages we received on the day of with location and status updates.
