We were impressed with the friendly yet professional environment & services. Each time we entered the dealership we weren't confronted with "a pack of lounging, smoking, waiting, sales vultures ready to pounce on fresh meat." Everyone looked busy but they all stopped by to say hello & introduce themselves. Tariq was fabulous.......personable, helpful, informative, and patient.......even with old folks like us.
Cody Falatic was the absolute best cars salesman I have ever dealt with, very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had about the vehicle. We had been in the week before looking for a car for my husband, which we purchased through Rick. Rick treated us right and worked hard to get us the deal we needed that we felt confident that he would do the same for the used vehicle my stepson purchased, and he did. When it's my turn for a new car, we will be heading to see Rick!
Brett went above and beyond to get me into a new vehicle. He promptly contacted me after I inquired about a used vehicle on the Premier website. He was able to get me the most for my trade and even traveled to another dealership to get me the color I wanted. Thanks Brett and I love my new 4Runner.

Premier Toyota of Amherst has excellent prices. I am an out of state buyer and Rick Bonica was very thorough and had immediate feedback for me by email, phone, and text. He first responded to me at 11:30 PM from a chat on their website. The website is user friendly and had numerous pictures and video of the car I was interested in.
