The manager is the sweetest woman and the staff makes me smile everyday! It is never too busy so I am always able to use the equipment I want. I go to work out and people respect that. It is clean and conveniently located for me. I feel at home there.
Lets start with when it comes to cleanliness, there’re second to none! The staff is very helpful and kind. I find that I have to work really hard to break a sweat, because they keep the temperature cold! Not like those other places that you take three steps and you break out into a sweat. Great place to get fit!
Great classes, friendly and helpful staff. Spin classes, amazing, Grace, Kevin and new instructor Anthony, high energy, calorie-burning, intense workout. Morning and evening, check schedule, take a ride, classes are fun! Burn calories, ride a bike, listen to great music...try it!
The staff is very friendly. Personal trainers are very good and very knowledgeable and will not hesitate to help if you have any questions about the gym equipment. This gym is highly recommended!!

I absolutely love this gym! It’s my sanctuary! The gym is beautiful. The staff is absolutely amazing! I love that it offers the power plate! It’s immaculate, never crowded. Truly the best gym I have ever been a member of!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! I highly recommend it!! The best of the best!! I truly love it and feel completely at home there!!
