What an absolute nightmare dealing with Premier Towbar. The product that I was quoted on was not in stock. Installation went 2.5hrs OVER the agreed 2.5hr and then to discover they ripped the wires, pulled the bumper off my 5 month old car with maybe metal screwdrivers..? 6 scratch marks/ 5hrs later I left a devastated customer. Also learnt that they didn't fit the bumper properly from nearly losing it on the way home.. My mistake was not reading all of the reviews beforehand.
