We were with Premier Termite and Pest Control for 18 years. Never had an issue with our quarterly or yearly service/inspection. We added a detach garage in which they had been servicing for 15 years. We were told it was covered along with the house. All of a sudden on 10 Jul 24, the owners son came out to do our quarterly and yearly services. As per the history of the file, when you originally started our services, only the house was treated and put under contract and charged for. We did show that previous technicians had inspected the Detached Garage, but unfortunately they did that out of courtesy and off from the contract.
