Went to pick up my tablet yesterday after getting notified it was ready. When I arrived around 3 PM, there was only one person there and he was in the back, on the phone. He wasn't courteous enough to pause his phone conversation long enough to ask what I needed or tell me he would be tied up on the phone for an indeterminate amount of time. I waited patiently 30 minutes to get waited on and get my tablet back but finally got irritated and left empty handed!! TERRIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by this guy.

We are deeply sorry that this has happened to you. This was an unfortunate event where we had our other Tech on a call and we had a network go down. We usually close the shop down when these situations arise; however, he didn’t get a chance to lock the door before you came in. This was a very important call, where he could not step away from the phone. Once again, we apologize that this has happened, and we wish you a Merry Christmas.

Ross and his staff do a amazing job! As my business grows they have been there every step of the way. They have assisted with monthly managed services to start. Then I needed better equipment and they assisted me in buying what handles my needs. I have bought several laptops new and refurbished. Recently a new desktop to handle HUGE files for high res photo files and editing programs. They truly care and treat you with respect.
