Jasmine has done my taxes the past 2 years and she does a great job. I worked in multiple states and two different tax districts in Ohio, and I would not have been able to figure out how to do my tax returns myself. Jasmine got everything sorted out and she explained it to me clearly. The fees are very reasonable and the customer service is much better than what I got in the past from places like H&R Block.
I've been coming here for several years now. I'll never go back to a Jackson Hewitt or hr block again. They're actually knowledgeable about taxes. The ladies here give me peace of mind that they are done accurately... unlike the chain tax prep places.
