do NOT use this company. They don’t pay their bills at any of the supply houses in town. Supposed to be a Lennox dealer but Lennox has cut them off for the same thing. Sinking ship. Your warranty wil do you no good with a company that will go out of business. It’s even more laughable that the owner has started a consulting company while her own business is in shambles.

They are always very polite, respectful, and it's nice that they explain what the problem is. It appears this time that maybe it's just to much outside air is being sucked in making my furnace not work properly. At the moment that is what appears to be happening. The blower is working fine and it is igniting just fine.
Once again, Premier sets a high bar for boiler maintenance. The A Team appeared on time and completed the annual cleaning/inspection promptly while alerting me to a potential issue. When it comes to heating (boilers in our case), Premier lives up to their name!
First off, this review was not written by AI. I am an actual customer. My heater was actually 100% broken. I cannot recommend Premier Systems highly enough. They were able to schedule me an appointment and send a technician quickly, despite it being the busy season. I also have an uncommon heating system in my house. Most heater repair companies turn me down because they don't have technicians skilled and experienced enough to do the work.
