Premier diagnosed and replaced our faulty furnace. Although I was out of town and unable to attend the meetings, their office staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. They helped us out quickly and their installers were friendly and clean. I was glad to have worked with Premier.
Excellent customer service. Quick availability in a somewhat urgent situation. Service professional was an excellent communicator and very professional and polite.
After restarting the system and inspecting my heater, the technicians figured out the problem was a blocked vent from the outside. They were quick and efficient.

Unfortunately had a poor experience with Premier. Back in April, a technician did a diagnosis on our furnace. He serviced the unit and showed me what was happening and seemed up front about the situation. The furnace stopped working the next day, which was a Saturday. Another technician showed up for an emergency visit early that morning to do another diagnosis, and told us that the furnace was dead and that he did not have any space heaters with him and did not have any solutions as to how to provide space heaters for us.
