We had Premier put in some new equipment a few years back. The did excellent work. Since then we have had annual service to ensure everything is working properly and they have been on time and professional even coming out in a snow storm. Zacariah has been out several years in a row and is a pleasure to work with. He explains everything and is not bothered by our questions. Thanks Premier and Zacariah!

Absolutely a five star experience! As the weather warmed up, it was getting very hot in our Gluten-Free Prairie bakery. Within an hour of my call, Premier was able to get a technician out to jumpstart our air conditioning. The entire Gluten Free Prairie crew is grateful to Premier!
Had a great experience having Premier install our AC, Humidifier + Purifyer. We were working with one of their competitors previously for our heater, but Premier was much more detailed and polished. Cheryl was awesome and spent a lot of time with us explaining how everything would work and the process. Jake and Tyrell did a great job teaching us how to use it and installing the system. Had my first Furnace PM with Premier Systems and Julio was awesome. All my interactions with Premier have been top notch and yesterday was no different. Julio spent a little over an hour PMing my furnace, adjusting some settings, and ensuring my equipment was as efficient as possible. Julio wrapped up by showing me images of everything he captured in his process to ensure I understood what he did, why, and where things currently stood.
