We have been taking both of our now-teenagers to see her since they were newborns and we all love her as their primary care provider! She is very approachable and open to questions and also straightforward. She talks to my kids and makes them a part of the discussion, which is important to us because it gives them more autonomy over their health care as they get older. I recommend her all the time to people looking for a pediatrician!

Melissa squeezed our newborn in for his first appointment on her already booked schedule the day before Thanksgiving when both other pediatricians at the practice were on PTO and other newborns were already being accommodated into her schedule. She immediately detected a jaundice issue and did a great job explaining to us as first time parents breast feeding the circumstances that had led to his bilirubin levels being too high. She made a mistake on my claim. Because of her mistake insurance refuse to pay for basic blood test. I have called 5 times and talked to nurse. They said they are going to get back to me. But no body called back and neither answer my phone. Whenever I call they put me on hold but not response and phone goes off.
