Katelyn Luxenburg messed up my extensions completely and refused to admit any wrongdoing, turned it on me, and barely gave me any money back. Not to mention she got gorilla glue in my hair. It’s a shame she doesn’t report to anyone or she’d be fired by now. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
