Good location, new clean building - but management is disorganized. Kept billing on a unit I'd moved out - and after I tried to correct them on this, sent me to collection anyway. I'd use somewhere else.
Customer service tops them all!!! – I like the customer service these people offer and the units are under security cameras 24 7 I think the management is really on top of things. I was digging in my unit one night sorting out my things and they brought me hot tea. Very cool!!!
Excellent Service & Security, + A Convienant Location – This business featured the best storage units I have ever rented. It was always clean, and the security was top notch as they offer a robust 3 step security system include a keycarded gate, door/elevator access, and a special key lock that you buy and keep for your individual unit. Clean, secure, free use of full-size truck at move-in, easy access to my stored items from early morning until quite late at night, and the most pleasant and helpful staff I've ever experienced! Excellent Service, Top Notch Security – By far the best storage space company I have ever rented from. Jared was very kind and extremely helpful at every opportunity. I felt like a valued customer instead of a just a paycheck. I would definately recommend Premier Storage to anyone in the Beaverton/ Aloha/Hillsboro area. They seemed to go above and beyond to make my experince pleasurable. The ONLY problem I can find with them, is the road constrution on Cornelius Pass Rd.
Great Storage Facility – I looked into several storage facilities and selected Premier Storage. There security was the best of any of the other locations that I checked out. The building was clean, bright and easy to access. If I have a need to use a storage unit again, I would select Premier Storage.
Best Storage Place – I've only rented a space once before. But this was wonderful. With the climate control I didn't have to worry about my wood furniture being ruined. The building was clean. And the security measures made me feel very comfortable being there alone. Also they are so great in having rolling carts to loan and unload for free to use. That was wonderful considering my unit was on the third floor. I'll definitely go back to them if I need a unit again.
Even my movers were impressed – I was really impressed with everything about this place. The customer service is reliable. the units are climate controlled and the security is top-notch. You'd think this place would be way expensive because it's brand new and state-of-the-art, but their prices were extremely competitive. Even my movers said this was the trendiest storage facility they'd ever been to. You won't be dissappointed with Premier Storage.
Modern, clean, climate controlled storage – We used Premier storage when moving this year. We cleaned out the house in order to get it ready for the realtor, and found we needed an 8x10 or bigger. We went with the smaller size using the discount special and when asking "what if we run out of room", the answer was that we could just upgrade and prorate the charges.
