If you complain to owner / management, they will cancel your membership on the spot. I filed a grievance with the Better Business Bureau. Premier Sportsplex did not respond. I am in the process of filing a civil suit with Lubbock County Court at Law to recoup my membership dues. In my experience, Premier did not provide a safe environment or enforce posted rules. In my opinion, the integrity of Premier is highly questionable.
