I was skeptical for our appointment after coming across the negative reviews on here. We (my father and I) had a great experience and really enjoyed Dr. Tracy. He was patient, informative and also was training a medical student at the same time. We did not have any scheduling issues and left with hope for my dads healing journey. The nurse and receptionist were both also friendly and attentive.
Dr. Tracy was great to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable.
***edit as of November 2025*** Still having issues with communication from this office, appointments either not being scheduled when scheduled, and confirmation messages not consistent with appointments. Called in to confirm today's appointment and was met with "well if you thought you had an appointment why didn't you just come" spoke to "office manager" she seems to be in the business of talking over patients rather than listening/resolving issues. I wish I had read some of the reviews and checked out this facility and the doctors before my visit. I went to Premier on my birthday May 19th and ended up with a very painful and horrifying experience. Dr Michael Tracy has absolutely no empathy whatsoever for his patients, nor does he care how much pain he inflicts on someone. Bedside manner , people skills , I laugh . It seems his only focus is how many procedures can he perform and get through a day, regardless of how much pain he inflicts.His people skills are the worst ... read more
Warning, do not visit! Dr. Tracy has a terrible bedside manner and zero empathy. He injected my shoulder area and I am positive he hit a nerve. I went back with horrible symptoms and he told me it was not his fault and I don't need to come back. Now I am going to a myriad of doctors trying to figure out what kind of damage he caused! Even if your work comp carrier send you there, pick someone else!
