My daughter has been communicating with an employee by the name of Brenan for months. She contacted Premier after finding out the house she purchased had a leaking roof. It’s been two weeks since she asked Brenan if Premier is able to wait for litigation to be complete or if they will require a payment before…. Or their procedures. He stated he communicated with upper management and would get an answer, today she contacted him and he stated he would check again… and contact her tomorrow! There is no sense of URGENCY.
