Oh my goodness. My experience with this roofing company was excellent. From the initial referral, to meeting Victor, to fighting the insurance company, denied 2x, to being approved after seeking an independent adjuster, to the full new roof. No complaints just full 100% professional service and care. Victor was my contact person, full of positive energy, very knowledgeable, and keep encouraging to never give up. Excellent skilled professionals. Respectful of customer property, great skills at detecting unseen underlying damage to make sure the job is done right!! Very pleasant personality to work with, especially when customer have difficulities with their insurance company. They stand by you from the beginning to the end and fight hard for and with you to get your homeowers insurance problems resolved. Highly recommend Premier Roofing. True professionals at its best.
