Edit to respond- the buyers contractor came out on 12/18, and stated he did not need to go inside, the only concerns were boards on the deck. So I’m not sure why Karyn is stating that they needed more time to evaluate interior “issues.” Regardless, submitting an extension request two hours before the deadline ends is technically allowed, but I wouldn’t want my realtor acting that last minute!
