Horrible horrible service after selling their discontinued phones. Both owners are real JERKS. When their overpriced phones stop working under warranty, you still have to buy a new one. BEWARE! Too bad there's no place for 0 stars.
I recently bought 2 phones from them. The store was very busy and they still went above and beyond to do everything to help me. I have been back several times to make my payments and always am greeted by happy people willing to help me. I love your place, keep up the good work.
I had a phone for less than 2 months and I went into the store when the phone suddenly stopped working. They said I had to deal with boost directly. I tried calling boost for 3 days and never got to a live person. Finally, I went to the Sprint store and they told me the warranty is handled by the store that sold the phone. I went back to Premier and they told me the warranty was only 30 days and I would have to buy another phone at $200.00. These people are crooks and I will never do business with them again. I recently switched two phones from another company. They saved me a ton of money and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend switch to their cellular service to anyone. It's not often anymore you can save money and have great service.Happy boost customer
I bought a flat screen TV from Premier Sound and it's so awesome! I shopped around for a couple of months, bestbuy,online,etc. they delivered it , set it up, hooked all my other stuff to it, bluray,Xbox. It's been great. They beat bestbuy by 50 dollars. I will buy my next flat screen at premier. The installers and salesman made it very easy for me.
I have had nothing but great service there. They always go above and beyond to take care of thier customers. I bought an entire house system and home theater and its great. Keep up the good work
This business is a complete joke !! Owners are arrogant , the worst customer service ever !! They never call customers back . Spend yoru money with a place that cares !
Don't trust the owner and salespeople at Premier. Installers are great, but their salespeople only care about making a commission. Customer service is poor at best. Giving one star only because of the installers. Equipment goes out shortly after the warranty. I've bought equipment at Walmart and Best Buy that have lasted longer than the equipment I bought from Premier. Use Good Vibes, Picture Perfect or Bst Buy..
If you ever feel like meeting mean, arrogant, shameless, careless, do not care about your business kinds, you should definitely visit this place on Bradley and Prospect. They would sell parts only if you let them install. Unlucky for me, they are the only authorized dealer. Had to suck up to them.
