I have worked with Taylor on both the buying and selling side. The worst part about my latest transaction is that I am now not within his sales territory which makes me very sad! I've been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and Crystal D. is the most unprofessional, arrogant, and rudest agent that I have ever encountered. UPDATE: The managing broker Rachel F. lost her seller a minimum of $25,000 up to $50,000 by withholding multiple offer situation to other buyer(s). Beware and avoid!!!

Working with Kimberly was amazing! She got our condo sold despite a difficult market. I have already recommended her to friends and would do so to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tampa Bay region.
