Would not recommend!!! Agent cut a back door deal with her professed college friend for staging after pressuring us relentlessly that it was the only way to sell our home. Quoted one thing in text, invoiced us for a totally different amount once agreement was terminated. No detailed invoicing was provided, 3k above market rate and agent and her friend are on our property’s video surveillance discussing our exploitation and stealing OUR furniture/decor when they “destaged”!
