Charged $538 for one onsite visit and one virtual follow up… so 3 additional charges are for a doctor I didn’t even see… so not sure if they have a patient that had went there after me and pretending to be me or how that could work but I’m just now getting bills from last year saying I never paid them when the statement says I did on time. People go here for help not added stress :(
I came in for a simple straightforward appointment to get access to a mandibular advancement device for sleep anpnea and was charged $450 dollars for a 3 minute appointment. I hope this business re-evaluates its rates.
Extremely poor communication between the staff and the patient ! It literally took almost two months to Coordinate start to finish from the sleep study being read to actually receiving the CPAP equipment from the one company they deal with and repeated incident’s of miscommunication’s with correct appointment’s dates and times PLUS you must have several Consultation’s on a condition that’s already established which in my opinion is how a Company obtains another charge from your insurance ! I've been seeing Premier Sleep and Neurology over the years, Dr. Ashkin and the nurse practitioners have been absolutely the best! They are all very knowledgeable and very supportive of patient needs.
